founded in September, 2018. The company is a National High-tech Enterprise

is based on the latest research and developments from the team.
The Silicon Carbide material growing
technology comes from the Academician Jiang Minhua and Changjiang Scholar Professor Xu Xiangang and
his team in Shandong University. After years of research and development, the
team has made significant breakthroughs in Silicon Carbide single crystal
growth and substrate processing technology. They have built a solid foundation
for the commercialization of Silicon Carbide substrate production.
